1 Technical features

(1). Intelligent full-automatic high-speed quick change facer.

2 Introduction to main technical parameters and functions

(1). Design speed: 300m / min

(2). The diameter of the upper corrugated roller is Φ 430mm, the diameter of the lower corrugated roller is Φ 360mm, the diameter of the pressure roller is Φ 500mm, the diameter of the glue roller is 315 mm, and the diameter of the even roller is 180mm.

(3). Corrugated roller eccentric gear fine adjustment function.

(4). Cassette type rollers change, Italian hydraulic motor drive, quick plug-in steam structure, 15 minutes to complete the corrugated roll change.

(5). The gap between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller is adjusted by the independent servo push rod at both ends, and the gap is automatically adjusted by changing the corrugated type. The gap control by the system for different flutes, paper and speed adjustment under WEST RIVER Cruise control system.

(6). The surface paper preheater is Φ 430mm, with electric rotation and automatic wrap angle adjustment. The maximum angle of the angle is 320 degrees; the corrugated paper adopts high-efficiency arc-shaped hot plate, with fast temperature rise and fall efficiency, and effectively adjusts the flatness of the paper.

(7). Modular gluing mechanism, two-way servo push rod control, automatic adjustment of corrugated rollers gaps when changing flutes.

(8). Servo push rod type automatic control of glue volume, connected to PMS system, automatic control according to order and paper.
