• Independent branch temperature control: The latest fully automatic corrugated cardboard production line is equipped with an advanced steam heating system, such as producing steam through a steam engine, and transporting the steam to various production devices through the main and branch pipelines.
• Thermal efficiency improvement: The single facer machine corrugated roller peripheral heating technology adopts efficient heating devices that work in conjunction with steam engines, and asbestos fiber insulation layers are installed on the inner wall of the steam main pipeline to reduce heat loss during transmission.

Precise tension control technology

• Shaftless mill roll stand: The shaftless electric paper MRS is equipped with customized clamps and excellent brakes. The clamp strengthens the paper roll clamping function, and the brake ensures tension balance and stable unwinding, achieving precise paper feeding. 

• Full servo paper splicer: A fully servo paper splicer using a servo motor, which can accurately control the unwinding and unwinding of paper, balance the tension, and connect with the production management system to achieve automatic paper splicing, further improving production efficiency and paper processing accuracy without manual operation.

Efficient cutting technology

Spiral cross cutting knife: The cross cutting machine adopts an original imported spiral cross cutting knife, combined with dual drive servo power, which can automatically obtain the actual vehicle speed from the far and near end measuring wheels and the length of the cardboard from the production management system.
